We recruited a group of women from the Ethiopian community for a workshop of several meetings to gain practical tools for life, assimilate them into their lives, and create connections and networking to leverage the skills.

The workshop for the women was conducted by certified group facilitators. It provided them with the necessary tools, adapted to their needs for personal leveraging, development, and growth. The women had an experience through these meetings and gained tools that they take with them for life.
